SHIPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION

We process and ship most orders within 3 business days if your order was placed before 14:00PM ET. Exceptions to this include when your order is larger than existing inventory of labels for our brand. We keep ‘reasonable’ stock of our labels based on previous order volume and frequency. In cases where we do not have full stock of labels required, orders will be shipped out within 5 days. We always wait to ship out the entire order together unless expressly requested by the customer. Additional shipping charges may result from split orders. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM ET, excluding holidays).

U.S. SHIPPING METHODS

For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):

SurgicalRx uses ground shipping for all of our products shipped within the Contiguous US. We ship orders using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, OnTrac Ground, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping carrier will be determined by us at the time of shipping based on end destination to assure your shipment arrives as soon and as economically as possible. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

Shipping cost will be determined by the standard rates of the preferred carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SurgicalRx does not ship internationally at this time. But we hope to in the future.

SHIPPING RATES

  • General orders = rate calculated by carrier
  • Orders of 12 or more full sized products = Free Ground Shipping!

*All totals are based on pre-tax amounts

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, SurgicalRx will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:

  • FedEx Ground Contiguous US (4-5 Business Days after processing)
  • UPS Ground Contiguous US (4-5 Business Days after processing)
  • USPS Priority Mail (3-4 Business Days after processing)

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

SurgicalRx and our carriers will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2023. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

  • New Year's Day: January 1
  • Easter: April 22
  • Memorial Day: May 27
  • Independence Day: July 4
  • Labor Day: September 1-3
  • Thanksgiving: November 28-29
  • Christmas: December 23-25
  • New Year's Eve: December 30-31

 TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE(S)

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the links provided below to track your shipment(s):
