Founded by Surgeons & Dietitians
Built by Surgeons, for Surgeons and Their Patients.
SurgicalRx was founded by an orthopedic surgeon and a Registered
Dietitian who saw the same gap from two sides of the same exam room.
Every part of SurgicalRx is built the way clinicians would build
it, because that's exactly who built it: patients arriving for
surgery unprepared, and surgeons with no real way to see how they
were doing between visits. We started this company to close that
gap ourselves.
The Mission
Better Surgical Outcomes Start Before the First Incision.
Too many patients show up for surgery undernourished and deconditioned, with no structured way to prepare — and too many surgeons have no real visibility into how a patient is doing until they're back in the exam room. SurgicalRx exists to close that gap. Every protocol we build is grounded in the clinical evidence
connecting nutrition, physical conditioning, and orthopedic outcomes — not trend-driven wellness advice.
We built SurgicalRx as a true extension of the practices we work with. Patients get real support and accountability whether they're heading into surgery or managing their condition without one, and surgeons get visibility into how their patients are actually doing between visits, not just what they report at the next appointment.

The care team
Real experts, dedicated to patient care.
Beyond our founders, every patient enrolled in SurgicalRx is supported by a broader team of Registered Dietitians and clinically
qualified care coordinators — the people doing the day-to-day work of helping patients follow their plan, stay engaged, and get real results. They're trained specifically in orthopedic nutrition and recovery, not generalist wellness coaching.
